Managing roles by Mapping User to GSTIN's location / store / department
Once you have added employees and GSTIN's in your Bill Lite account, you can map an employee to a particular GSTIN's Store/Location/Channel/Department. The employee will then be able to perform all operations only for that GSTIN's Store/Location/Channel/Department.
To map a GSTIN's Store/Location/Channel/Department to a user/employee, tap on 'GSTIN - User Mapping' option in the main menu.
This will take you to the 'Add GSTIN User Mapping' screen. Tap on the add icon at the bottom of the screen.
To add a mapping enter details in the below mentioned fields:
GSTIN: Select a GSTIN from the dropdown. Dropdown will have the list of all the added GSTIN's from your account.
Store/Location/Channel/Department: Select the location for the GSTIN selected in the above field.
Employee: All the employees you have added in Manage Employee page will be available for selection here. Select the employee you want to map to this GSTIN and Location.You can also map multiple Employees to a single GSTIN.
Once all the details are filled tap on Save button. A pop up will appear confirming the successful creation of the mapping. Tap on OK button.
You will now be taken to the page where all mapped GSTIN - Users will be displayed. You have an option to Edit or Delete them by tapping on the respective icons present on the right.
Similarly you can create multiple mappings by tapping on the add icon at the bottom right corner of the screen
