Creating and managing your Additional Charges Master in JioGST Bill Lite

To add Additional Charges tap on 'Masters' tab in the 'Home page' and then tap on 'Additional Charges Master'


You will be taken to the 'Manage Additional Charges' page
Here to add Additional Charges, tap on the add icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.



To add Additional Charges, the below mentioned details needs to be filled:



1. Name of Additional charge
Enter the additional charge name

2. Value
Enter the amount to be charged for this Additional Charge

Once all the details are filled, tap on 'Save' button. A confirmation message that 'Additional Charge added successfully' will be displayed. Tap on 'OK' button.



Now you will be taken to the page where all the added Additional Charges will be displayed. You have an option to Edit or Delete the added Additional Charge by tapping on the respective icons present on the right.



Similarly multiple Additional Charge can be added by clicking on the add icon at the bottom of the screen.

How to add & manage Goods in the Goods Master in JioGST Bill Lite

Creating and managing your Goods Master in JioGST Bill Lite

To add Goods tap on 'Masters' tab on the Home page and then tap on 'Manage Goods Catalogue'



You will be taken to the 'Manage Goods' page.
Here to add goods, tap on the add icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.



On this page the below mentioned details needs to be filled:



1. Search by HSN code/HSN Description
You can search the goods either by its HSN code or HSN Description. Once you search a good all the related HSN code/ HSN description will be displayed.
Select the required Good from the options listed.






2. HSN Description, HSN code
HSN description and HSN code will be auto populated based on the selection made in 'Search by HSN code/HSN Description' field

3. Goods name
Enter a name for the Good

4. Unit of measurement
Select Unit of measurement from the dropdown.

5. Rate of Tax
Rate of tax will be auto populated based on the selection made in 'Search by HSN code/HSN Description' field. You can edit the tax rates.

Once all the details are filled, tap on 'Save' button. A confirmation message of 'Goods added successfully' will be displayed. Tap on OK button.


You will now be taken to the page where all the added Goods will be displayed. You have an option to Edit or Delete the added Good by tapping on the respective icons present on the right.



Similarly multiple goods can be added by clicking on the add icon at the bottom of the screen.

Creating and managing your Services Master in JioGST Bill Lite

To add a new Service, tap on 'Masters' tab on the Home page and then tap on 'Manage Service Catalogue'




You will be taken to the 'Manage Services' page
Here to add Services, tap on the add icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.



On this page the below mentioned details needs to be filled:



1. Search by SAC code / SAC Description
You can search the service either by its SAC code or SAC Description. Once you search a service all the related SAC code / SAC description will be displayed.
Select the required Service from the options listed.




2. SAC Description, SAC code
SAC description and SAC code will be auto populated based on the selection made in 'Search by SAC code/SAC Description' field

3. Services name
Enter a name for the Service

4. Unit of measurement
Select Unit of measurement from the dropdown.

5. Rate of Tax
Rate of tax will be auto populated based on the selection made in 'Search by SAC code / SAC Description' field. You can edit the tax rates.

Once all the details are filled, tap on 'Save' button. A confirmation message of 'Service added successfully' will be displayed. Tap on OK button.


You will now be taken to the page where all the added Services will be displayed. You have an option to Edit or Delete the added Service by tapping on the respective icons present on the right.

How to add a new GSTIN & manage existing GSTINs in JioGST Bill Lite

GSTIN management in JioGST Bill Lite

To add a GSTIN tap on 'Manage GSTIN' from the main menu:



You will be taken to the 'Manage GSTIN' page
Here tap on the add icon at the bottom right corner of the screen to add a GSTIN




In the 'Manage GSTIN' page, the below details needs to be filled:


1. GSTIN User Name:
Enter the username for the GSTIN. This username should be the one provided by GSTN.

2. GSTIN:
Enter the GSTIN to be added.

3. GSTIN State:
GSTIN state will be auto-populated once you add the GSTIN in the above field

4. Registered address of the GSTIN:
Enter the registered address for the GSTIN

5. Store/Location/Channel/Department:
Enter the Store/Location/Channel/Department for the GSTIN. You can add multiple Store/Location/Channel/Department/Store for a GSTIN.

6. Pin code:
Enter Pin code. Pin code should be in relation with the GSTIN entered in the above field.


7. City & State:
City and State will be auto-populated based on the Pin code added in the above field.


Once all the details are filled tap on 'Save' button. You will get a confirmation message that the GSTIN is added successfully, tap on OK button.



You will be taken to the page where all the added GSTIN's will be listed. You also have an option to Edit or Delete the added GSTIN's by tapping on the respective icons on the right.



Similarly you can add multiple GSTIN’s by clicking on the add icon at the bottom of the page.

How to manage your Profile in JioGST Bill Lite

Profile Management in JioGST Bill Lite

To edit or view your profile, tap on 'My Profile' in the Main menu




You will be taken to the 'My profile' page




In the My Profile page, the below details needs to be filled:

1. Firm Name:
Enter the name of your firm.

2. Firm Type:
Select the firm type from the options.


3. Nature of Business:
Select from the dropdown the Nature of your business


4. Address
Enter the address of the business

5. Pin code
Enter Pin code for the address

6. City, State
City and State will be auto populated based on the Pin code entered

7. Email Id
Enter Email Id. All the Invoices created will be sent as PDF to this Email Id.


8. Terms and Conditions
To read the terms and Conditions tap on 'Click here to read terms and conditions' link


You will be taken to the 'Terms and Conditions' page
Read all the terms and conditions carefully and tap on 'I agree' button at the bottom of the page.

9. Upload Logo
You can also upload your Companies logo by tapping on 'Click here to Change/Upload Logo'


Select the image file by tapping on 'Choose' button and upload the selected file by tapping on 'Upload' button.

Once successfully uploaded, Logo will appear on all the Invoices generated using Bill Lite.

After filling all the details in the 'My Profile' page, tap on 'Save' button at the bottom of the page. 

You will get a confirmation message that your profile is updated successfully. 
Tapping on 'OK' button, you will be taken to the 'Home' page

How to Download JioGST Bill Lite?

How to Register in JioGST Bill Lite

Registration steps in JioGST Bill Lite

Once you download the JioGST Bill Lite application, click on 'SignUp' button


Tapping on the 'SignUp' button will take you to the 'Registration page'



In the Registration page you will have to enter the following details:

1. PAN
Enter the PAN number of your company/organization

2. Mobile number
Enter your mobile number. An OTP will be sent on this Mobile number for verification.


Enter the correct OTP and tap on 'Verify' button.



3. MPIN (Password)
Create a password for your Bill Lite account.

4. Confirm MPIN
Re-enter the MPIN for confirmation.



Tap on 'Register' button to complete the registration process.

You will get the below message confirming that your account has been successfully created.





Once you tap on 'OK', you will be taken to the 'Login page', where you can enter your login credentials to start using the JioGST Bill Lite application.
